Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items: Usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days.

Personalised & custom-made items: Please allow approximately 2–3 working days for production before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and personalised products may be dispatched together once all items are ready.

Production times may be longer during peak periods, seasonal occasions or for larger/custom orders.

UAE Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates using third-party courier partners.

Delivery charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout or confirmed when placing your order.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has completed production and has been dispatched.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, courier delays can occasionally occur outside our reasonable control and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Information

Please provide a complete delivery address and valid UAE contact number when placing your order.

House of Awe cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information, an unavailable recipient or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Additional charges may apply where delivery needs to be rearranged.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable.
