Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment and product availability.

Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or other website information and, where necessary, amend or cancel an affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe there has been an error, misuse, fraudulent activity or unauthorised resale.

Personalised Products

You are responsible for checking all personalisation information before submitting your order, including names, initials, dates, messages, photographs and artwork.

House of Awe is not responsible for errors contained in information or files supplied by the customer.

Personalised and custom-made products cannot normally be changed or cancelled once production has begun. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.

Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Natural materials and individually personalised products may have slight variations in colour, texture, grain, positioning or finish. Such reasonable variations are not considered defects.

Product availability, specifications and pricing may change from time to time.

You may not use this website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information or systems without authorisation.

All original House of Awe branding, photographs, graphics, designs, written content and other intellectual property may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without our permission.

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by third parties or circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your rights under applicable law.
